Has anyone else had problems with StarShip Rate Quote actually applying to your SO?  When we use the Rate Quote button in SO Entry we go into the StarShip Rate Quote screen and Rate Shop.  When we choose a rate and press the Apply button it brings us back to the SO screen without affecting any changes.

Yes, I have the defaults set to "Always".

And I must note that on very, very rare occasions it does apply.  But it is a 1 in 10 shot.  I don't understand what is causing this.
