I was all set to tell you use CI_Item or IM_ItemWarehouse,  however for some strange reason the VI export doesn't let you get the quantity fields?  Even thought they are available from data file display and maintenance.  Go figure.

Alternate approach would be to go to Inventory management | explore | item quantities by warehouseview and export to an excel spreadsheet from there.

There is a checkbox to allow exporting read only fields, but really exports as Tom describes or SOTAMAS90 Excel queries are 1000 times easier than working with VI.

PULLING the data with programs such as Excel or Access or even Crystal Reports is easier and faster and gives you greater functionality
