Sales/Customer item inquiry

We were told that Sage 100c could customize an item inquiry for Sales staff:

Here's what the sales department is asking for: 

They want to inquiry on a part number to find out which customers purchased that part and for how much.

They problem is they are not allowed to see the cost on that item only the qty and selling price. We have been told from the day we decided to purchase Sage 100c that it could be done. Now our 3rd party consultant is saying there's no way the sales staff can see an item by customer without seeing the cost of the part.

We do not want to do an inquiry on the customer and then inquire on items purchased.

We want to bring up the item to see what customer purchased that item.

Any help or suggestions would be so much appreciated, I keep running into dead ends of what was told could be done in Sage 100c and am having a hard explaining why to my boss and sales staff.
