Has anyone used JOScan on the recommended Windows 10 Quest Tablets?

We have had nothing but issues with the Windows 10 Quest Tablets simply getting around in Windows 10 OS and especially with the JOScan screens.

Seems the JOScan app was made for and worked well on the Intermac scanners, but doesn't work smoothly on Windows 10 OS and especially on the 9" Quest Tablets.

Anyone working with JOScan on Windows 10 OS on a device, NOT on a PC?  If so, having issues or not?  

We literally have to tap 5-10 times to try and simply exit some windows and even then it won't exit sometimes.  Also have to manually resize the windows and move column heading around.  It doesn't auto size anything.  We've been told they are beta testing JOScan on an iOS device, but no ETA on when it will be released.  It's been so frustrating, we can't use them.

Currently using Sage 100c v2017.4
