I tried using the work table but when i move it to sage and try to run it I got following error

Unable to preview POByJob_Custom.RPT.  Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B (DISP_E_BADINDEX))

So any advise as what is causing this error?

You can only use a work table when printing from Sage 100 using that specific printing function.  Otherwise they will always be blank.

Custom versions of a report / form are created / edited by clicking the Designer button from the printing screen.  When possible (i.e. the business object links exist), adding UDF's in the work table is much better than linked tables in Crystal Reports.

Work files are generated by running reports from the Sage 100 menu.  To use a work file, you should make a new report setting for the report and modify the report setting's Crystal Report file.  However, again, to populate the work file records, the report must be previewed or printed using a standard Sage 100 report (from the Sage 100 module's reports menu).

You cannot execute a work table report from outside it's specific printing function / screen.  The error you are getting doesn't matter.  The entire concept is invalid.

So 1st three tables work fine but when i put the "OrderStatus" from PO_PurchaseOrderHeader, It's just hang. So any idea as what else needs to be done?

I'm in Crystal report.
