In Custom Office > Main > UDF Maintenance create a Business Object UDF that maps / sources the CustomerType from AR_Customer like you see here. Then optionally, with Customizer add it S/O Entry screen if you want to visually see it on the screen after entering the Customer No. Suggest you add Locked or Disabled attribute when adding the UDF. 

This affects NEW SO's you create but does not update existing ones. To update existing, there are several ways but a V/I import is the most common method.

Thank you very much for the reply. The datasource that you showed is "CustomerNo" what about the "DivisionNo"? It's not needed? Will the system knows it's division no and customer no?
