Recently updated Sage 2017 from v5.40.3 to v5.40.4 along with Jobops to resolve an issue that caused us to have to run sort files daily to fix inventory.
Does anyone have any inkling as to how to resolve this issue?
This indicates a divide by zero (0). I suspect you have a field blank or zero where the program is expecting a numeric value other than zero.
Thanks for the info. only problem now is how to find the invalid data.
Judging from the line number in the error message, a third party modification (Jobops) is the culprit.
Have you run the JobOps Data Validation Report? That will identify any work tickets with data problems.
Ran the report and searched all the SO an PO's reported as having any discrepancies and they are all fine. Will have to reach out to JobOps and pay their fees to resolve the issue.
