Most integrations follow the same support schedule as Sage.
The Sage supported versions ( here ) shows Sage 100 2016 phone support ceased 9/30/2016.
yes, but i have never had a master developer tell me they won't work on an issue for a version 1 day after sage discontinues support, especially when i opened the case last wednesday.
I wouldn't expect it any other way from Scanco, the customer is never right. Good luck, I wish you the best in getting support, just don't count on it.
