Component Exception Report

I ran the component exception report for make items with no cut off date.  I cut work tickets for required items and continued until there were no new items.  However I found items in our inventory report that have hit the reorder point but didn't show up on the exception report.  I can't find anything different in the way the reorder info is set up for the items that weren't on the report and the ones that were.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to resolve it so that all the items at or below reorder point show up?
