I just enter some payments from customers payments but when I was updating a message comes " any idea how to fix this. (I have sage 100 adv. 2019 6.10)

Use Master Console to see if any other users are accessing the cash receipt files.
Have you made sure any anti-virus software is not locking the file?
Any other software on your network that might lock files, such as backup software?

a file was corrupted, it was deleted so wherever it was input have to re-enter again.

You might have an orphaned session that is maintaining the lock on the files. A sure fire way to clear this would be to have all sage 100 users close their sage 100 tasks and close sage 100 completely from their workstations and then restart the sage 100 server.
