I did, sorry that I did not mention that. I did restart the server twice. and still I do get the message.  I did red something about the GL in stopping services but I do not know what file should be for AR issue.

Do you have a third party integrations that run services?

no I don't,  

Have you made sure any anti-virus software is not locking the file?

Any other software on your network that might lock files, such as backup software?

everything looks fine,  I don't know what  is the problem

If the "Open Files" list is blank (on the Sage server), the problem is local to the server.

There are open files none of them is lock,  form those file only  6 are read (open mode)

Is AR_CashReceiptsDetail one of them? If so, can you figure out who has it open?

a file was corrupted,  it was deleted so wherever it was input have to re-enter again.
