You have to enter a work order range and click the Select button and then click print or preview. Depending on your install and third party mods, you may have a button called Box, you can use either the Box screen or the work order range fields to select work orders prior to clicking the Select button.

You can click the List button to view work orders that have been selected.

Also, there are a few options on that screen that determine which work orders will be selected, there is the status and the option to print work orders that have already been printed, so take these into consideration as well.
