We have recently upgraded to Sage 100 2020 and one of our companies is noticing a weird issue in Work Order Inquiry. When attempting to open certain work orders, the Work Order Inquiry window closes. However, if we open a different work order and go to Header, Operations, Materials, or Transactions tab and then jump to those work orders, the window stays open. However, as soon as we try to go to the Summary tab, the window closes. There are four work orders set up basically the same way and two of them work in Inquiry and two of them close whenever attempting to go to the Summary tab. I appreciate any help anyone can give me with this matter.
