I'd like to clean up open SOs our test environment. We have hundreds of SOs in test due to site scraper software pulling in orders from our online store.
Is the Purge Obsolete SO utility the way to go?
And do people need to be out of our production environment to run utilities in test environment? I tried to run utility and received an error that SO data entry was preventing it from running - which is only occurring in production now.
Or is there a better way?

Be sure to try first in a test company, but a comma separated list (prepared separately, and pasted into the screen) might work.
No, this kind of utility will be company specific. Look for unposted SO invoices... or whatever kind of transaction is referenced in the error.
Or just refresh the test company... and it will reset everything to be the same as the Live company.
