I have run into something weird in Sage 100 and am hoping someone might have some insight. I have run the rebuild and resort utilities on the work order module to attempt to repair some issues. The issues were repaired but a side effect appears to be that the routing descriptions on existing work orders disappear. Has anyone seen this happen before? Is there possibly a fix? It's an inconvenience to have to rebuild all the affected work orders and, depending on the day, could be a lot of work orders to rebuild. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
