eBusiness Module email creation locking system

We have just upgraded a client to Sage 2022 with eBusiness.  We can't submit an order from eBusiness to Sage as it locks up during the email process.  The same thing happens during the "forgot my password" process.

We found an old document about Chilcat and dll's and have reviewed that but the new version of eBusiness uses different Chilcat.

Any ideas?
