From Sage 100 --> General Ledger Module --> Report Menu --> General Ledger Detail by Source Report 
   Select Source Journal = SO   Enter the Journal / Register Number(s); or use Posting Date to pull the data.

Are you not archiving your registers via Paperless office?

I know invoices are archived to paperless, not sure about reports.

This would fall under the category of paperless journals/registers.  The GL transactions are the one thing that you can reprint so you are good,

If you don't have Paperless enabled for Journals and Registers, this is HIGHLY recommended. 

Also remove the permission to post from Preview from all user Roles, to ensure Paperless PDF copies of all journals / registers are always created.
