How do I merge items using Visual Integrator?

New to V/I. I've used it for basic functions, but I cannot figure out how to merge item codes within V/I. I have hundreds of items that we would like to delete by converting them to a single item code. What would I need to do within the job to make this work?

    You import into IM_DeleteChangeItems.  Enter one manually and review the raw data so you know how to set all the extra fields in your VI job.

    Then run the utility manually. 

    Be sure to test... there is no "undo" for a merge, and it takes time (with Sage 100 completely locked while it is running).  My general habit is to run about 50 at a time, so the time to complete is not insane.

    Thanks for the quick response. The merge process took 6 minutes for a single item when I ran it manually at my workstation. I will try server-side tonight to see how much quicker it is.
