PO Receipt Labels Custom # of labels to print

Hello, using PO Receipt labels and have a need to set the number of labels needed per line on the PO. For one PO with 5 line items, one line may need 5 label and the other may need 1, etc. This is independent of qty rec'd and t he setting in Inv Maint for labels on the item. Does bartender give this ability? The labels are setup now in crystal report and they are printing ROG info with SO info when the PO is linked to a SO.

Yes Bartender does, have done it lots of times. Just point the qty in Bartender to the qty field in Sage. Getting Crystal to do it is difficult.

Thank you. So I'd have to have a udf on the line perhaps that holds the desired number of labels they want and point bartender there. And does bartender allow SO fields to be pulled in?

Don't need a UDF, when you connect Bartender to Sage 100 by ODBC you can link the label to the SO or PO detail table and for number of labels you can tell it to read the Qty Received or Qty Shipped in Sage. Very simple.

Thank you. We need it to read a completely different label qty not related to quantity received or shipped that's why I was thinking the UDF.
