Inventory transfer form out of MAS

Has anyone ever created an inventory transfer form that can be generated out of MAS that a shipping department can complete.  I am looking for a picking sheet type of form but the item is simply being transferred from one warehouse to another (therefore no sales order is created).  I need a form that can initiate this transaction and that can be completed so we can post the inventory transaction.

    We are searching for an internal tool for moving between warehouses as well.  We came up with a hybrid process until SAGE puts something into play.

    We use a main warehouse with XX1 and associated inbound warehouse XX9 for each location.  5 locations = 10 warehouses.

    Shipping warehouse will transfer material from their main 411 to the receiving location inbound 319.  Once arrival on site, receiving warehouse transfers from 319 to their main 311.  This is a crude "In Transit" method to keep up with the material but not doing a transfer direct from one to another.

    The transfer request, receipt and archival process is kept up with in the cloud automation system smartsheet.com which we also use for our manufacturing scheduling system.

    We ran through demo of Scanco, purchased and began to implement when we found out that the shop personnel would have to do Receipt of Invoice.  That was a non starter for us so we are still on the hunt and doing the smartsheet manual transfers.

    Are you talking about an import template?  Create a VI job and figure out what you need in the spreadsheet...

    If you are talking about a packing list / BOL for an inventory transfer transaction, we've done a custom report based on unposted transfer data before.  You'd need someone that knows Crystal Reports for that.
