QR Barcodes Length

Hello,

Our manufacturer recently changed our old barcodes to the QR barcodes, however, when we are trying to scan the products into SAGE 100 it is not taking the full serial number length.

Is there a way I can update the serial length within SAGE 100 to reflect the full serial length?

The current serial number length is 38 but the new serial number length is 46.

Sage 100 does not support serial numbers that large natively; Sage 100 Serial Number Length is 15 characters. If you are already supporting Item Serials in Sage 100 at 38 characters; you have an Add-On…

Sage 100 does not support serial numbers that large natively; Sage 100 Serial Number Length is 15 characters. If you are already supporting Item Serials in Sage 100 at 38 characters; you have an Add-On Enhancement. You will need to work with your Sage Consultant Partner and your 3rd Party Add-On Developer to determine if the field can be expanded larger that what it is currently.
