I am having issues with receiving an RMA. I am selecting item action "Stock" and customer action "Credit" but no inventory transaction takes place when I update the transaction. My theory is the setup is incorrect but not sure what those should be. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

In the RMA module when you do a receiver and process it will create a credit in invoice data entry. Posting that entry will bring the item back in.

When I open the batch in Invoice Data entry, I see my batch but there is no entry. Any idea why that is happening?

Sales Order Module, Invoice Data Entry? it should be an existing batch.

Correct. Under entries I have zero. If that makes sense.
