I am not sure where to post this, but will start here. Client has Sage 100 Standard ERP 2013 and uses the E Business Manager module for several years.
From what I can determine: Sage Exchange was updated a few months ago, and suddenly the Webstore is down. I went to Services to restart the Sage Web Engine, but there is a message in the Description "<failed to Read Description. Error Code : 2>". It will not start. To try to quickly resolve the website being down, I created a "Web Config-No Service", which works. However, every time there is a Sage Exchange update, it kills the Web Config-No Service.
I am not sure if this is a Sage Exchange issue that is causing the eBM issue, or whether eBM is not compatible with Sage Exchange.
Any ideas/advice woould be appreciated.
