This is version 4.5 and there is no Company Status for customers, only temporary customer button. Any other ideas?
Well someone has some 'splaining to do because the error message is reading or attempting to read that field. Was a patch installed? Third party add-on?

Did anyone go to the scripting class at the Sage Summit and did they get the batch of scripts that were sent to all who attended and did they install those scripts? Just asking.
I got the batch of scripts, but I haven't installed them yet to play with them.
Just a couple of things to check . . . . for the company in question:
In Company Maintenance (on the first tab 'MAIN)' is the version number of your Sales Order Module showing as 4.50? (SO and Shipping are part of that module). If not you will need to update.
If it is v4.50 then click the activate button in the upper right corner and see if that module is activated for the company in question. If not check the box and activate it.
