In company maintenance we set up the email and smtp for sending out electronic invoicing per Paperless Office. We have used the same smtp address information for a couple years. Suddenly we get the following error. (see bottom of message). I can send one electronic invoice at a time...wait for about a minute and send another. That works but of course, it's a poor work around when we need to electronically send large batches of invoices. I have called both the email provider and our Broadband provider and both point fingers at each other. I don't know if I am going to get resolution soon. I have tried another email (gmail) but it seems Gmail gives the following error. 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first.
Yikes! Can anybody help with this strange sudden problem? I am thinking of calling Sage Tech support, but I am not sure they have the skill to deal with this.
