Some of the items codes we use in inventory start with a letter instead of a number. In the data grid view of Business Insights Explorer, when I try to select a custom range of item codes or do a filter builder for item codes, none of the items that start with a letter are listed as sort range options.
Is this a known issue that is fixed in later releases?
Tom, I reviewed some data in a test database. I doesn't appear it's related to the alpha character but more so by the # of items in the inventory list.
In the item view on the data grid tab, if I click the down arrow to choose specific item codes, the item list isn't inclusive. It appears that it only populates a set amount of lines in the drop down menus.
In the screen shot you can see that the drop down list ends at part # 205-11 but that isn't the last item on the list. It is not asking me to expand my list
