I have a couple of printers one of them is in another location, the one that is in another location is giving me some problems. when I use the quick option in the sale order entry it does not print the picking sheet (picture above right side)  I do get a message which is also in a picture above,  BUT WHEN I PREVIEW IT THEN IT PRINTS CORRECT.

IS ANY PRINTING CONFIGURATION THAT I NEED TO CHECK OR SOMETHING IN SAGE 100 THAT I NEED TO CHECK ALSO

    Might check this:

Error: "Unable to change printer. Invalid printer specified."

    Products

    Sage 100

    Description

Error: "Unable to change printer. Invalid printer specified." when attempting to print a form or report in Sage 100 ERP

The error mesage is followed by the name of the report, a long string of characters surrounded by braces (a GUID), and the file extension. Examples:
    •AP_CheckHistory {27E7DA87-5418-4DE2-B35F-D5114B139681}.rpt
    •AP_Check2{86FA34BD-0825-4A5E-AB29-7883B144FC16}.rpt

    Cause

The Crystal Report may be set in Page Setup to a specific printer that the system cannot change.

    Resolution

    •Try printing to another printer
•Reinstall the Printer as a Local Administrator. Make sure the Windows user has full rights to the printer.

If the Issue persists, try changing the Page Setup for the Crystal Report form or report itself:
1.Access the Sage 100 ERP report or form task window ◦Example: Accounts Payble, Reports menu, Accounts Payable Check History Report
◦Example: Accounts Payble, Check Printing and Electronic Payment menu, Check Printing and Electronic Payment

2.Select the specific report setting or form code that is giving the error ◦Note: It may already be selected.

3.Select the "Designer" button to open the report in Crystal Reports Designer ◦Note: This step requires that Crystal Reports Designer is installed on the workstation, and that the Sage 100 ERP user has a Role assigned with the Module Options for Library Master selected for "Allow Access to Crystal Designer"

4.In Crystal Reports Designer, open File, Page Setup.
5.In the Page Setup window, under Printer Options, select the "No Printer" checkbox and click OK.
6.Back in Crystal Reports Designer: select File, Save.
7.Close out of the program: File, Exit.
8.Back in the report task window, select the desired printer and click Print
