 in the 72685 case, there is some instruction to solve a  problem.

I did check already and apply the new formula in the indicated fields. However, in one computer that use  windows 7 PRO, the description does not show when we click Print item description.   I did try in other computers with windows 8 and it works but is just in windows 7 pro where I do ace the problem.

 According to this scenario Sage 2016 will not work 100% with windows 7?,  there is way to make it work or I have to change window 7 to  at list windows 8?

 I Have version 2016  (Sage 100 Advance 2016 version 5..30.2.0)
