Can i print an order confirmation from Office Merge for a batch of Sales orders?

Our customer service does sales order entry and prints a copy of the sales order and sends that as confirmation.  what i want is a 2nd page document to print that is like a fax cover sheet with some information that i want to pass along to the customer.  i want to know the best and easiest way to print these as a batch when they print the sales order range.  instead of doing them one by one as they enter the order
