Does anyone know of the best way to review the details of multiple "select instructions" from the background data or an SQL query for a complex distribution of many report tabs?

I have a rather complex set of departmental reports that need to be distributed throughout an organization.  I am looking for a more efficient way to review the details of each of the instructions and corresponding reports destined to each recipient, and whether those can be viewed in a hidden tab in the template work book, or in an SQL table somewhere.
