Problem Loading Data -a row with duplicates was encountered

Previously using Sage 100 Providex moved to SQL two months ago and only noticed this happening today.

In the Tenant Cache I see 4 companies using the SQL connection and 2 using the MAS 90 ODBC connection, I deleted both using the MAS90 ODBC, however they keep appearing. If I change companies a new line appears for that company with the MAS ODBC.

TIA for any suggestions.

Hi Lisa,

Could you please log a call with Sage 100 ERP Intelligence Reporting report and send them your SVD/MetaData so that they can manually remove this connection for you.
