License Manager Question

I've been tasked with finding out which Sage 100 workstations are currently consuming SI licenses and have a few questions:

1.  Is 'Report Viewer' available to ALL Sage 100 workstations (no license required)?

2.  When selecting a specific computer (In License Manager), the workstation 'License Type' can be 'Administrator', 'Report Viewer', 'Request Server', or 'Report Manager'.  If a user is assigned an 'Administrator' License Type, how does that relate to the SI License type(s) the customer owns (Report Viewer, Report Manager, Report Designer, Connector)?  Will that one workstation be using 1 of EACH of those licenses?

Finally, for those who have contacted Sage support with these types of questions, which is the best support option to choose for SI?  I followed the prompt for 'Sage Intelligence' reporting which was bundled in with the GL application support team - I wasn't going to beat him up, but it was clear that the support rep had no idea what the answers to the above questions were, so I though I'd try my hand on the forums.
