Added a new company in Sage 100. How do we connect sage intelligence to the new company

    Hi,

The user should be able to open Report Manager using the new company code. Doing this once caches the data for the company.  If using the Consolidated Report Designer report then make sure to add the new company code to each of the sub-reports.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you, Sandra.

Thanks for the reply Sandra. I'm familiar with Sage 100, but not Sage Intelligence.

Does the user just need to change company, opening the new company, and then open Report Manager?

How does the user add the new company code to the sub reports?

Sorry, yes, once the company is added to 100 the user should select the company code then open Report Manager.  Report Manager will open based on the company code chosen in 100,

Instructions for adding the company code to the Financial Consolidated report sub-reports can be found in the Report Designer User Guide on page 114.  Simply select each sub-report and add the company code (or multiple company codes) using the Database Consolidation List which is found in the Properties tab of the report. This is a one-time action but you must select the databases for each sub-report in the Consolidated Designer report.
