I have Sage 100 2014 version. 

When I pull the 'Open Sales Order' Report, there are older balances from 2016-2023 we are trying to remove. Some are backorders & some are sales orders that should be closed, but are showing as open. Is there any way to close these or zero them out without showing up on the Open Sales Order Report? We didn't want to delete them as we would still like them in the system as for record keeping.

I've tried to 0 out a sales order, but it just shows up on the Open Sales Orders report with a zero balance.
