I have a customer that has not upgraded yet due to some enhancements that weren't upgraded.  He's still on v4.3 using FRx.  Recently he added some new GL accounts, but they are not being recognized by FRx.  The last time this happened I rebuilt the keys and sorts and logged back into FRx.  Didn't work this time.  Also, he can't trigger the Rebuild GL Index from the Admin menu in FRx because no one knows the FRx Admin password.  The "reading company file / Rebuilding GL index" doesn't seem to be actually rebuilding the index.

I'm out of ideas and would love to hear any thoughts anyone else might have.
