How to create Consolidate Financial Statement using the Designer (Add-in Plugin) and Connector module

Hi,

I am using the Sage Intelligence Addin plugin and it works great!

When I try to grab additional companies codes in Sage 100, it will not allow me to pick them.

Could someone please help?

I want to create a financial statement with 2 companies using the Sage Designer (Addin) module with the connector module.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi DD,

    Are you using the Report Designer Add-In Consolidation report? If not, run out this report, look in the Task Pane under Lists and you should see the name of 1 of your companies.. Select that company and you should see a list of all the companies that you have made available to Sage Intelligence.  

    If you do not see your companies check the list Database Consolidation List in Report Manager.  To do this, go to Report Manager, highlight the RDA Consolidated Report SUB reports (you need to do this for each of the sub reports), look in Properities and in the Database Consolidation List field, open the ellipse and choose the DBs you want to use.  You only have to do this once.  

    This should enable you to create a consolidated Financial statement.

    Dynamic:  If you have never logged into Sage Intelligence for a particular company code at least once, you wont be able to select the companies in the sub reports that Sandra is talking about.  When I log into the report manager for the first time, I log into every single company I am working with one at a time and then close out and log back in again.  This registers the company codes in Sage Intelligence in much the same way that Company Maintenance did the same thing in FRx, except there is less to fill in.
