Excel Output has #NAME? errors

I can run Sage Intelligence reports under my Windows profile and they work fine. Other users get the #NAME? for all formulas in the output of Excel. Other users have the same permissions that I do.

Would anyone have any ideas on what would cause this?

The excel spreadsheets created have special functions for reading the data from the pivot tables contained in the report.  These are add-ins to Excel.

If you send the spreadsheet to someone who has not had Sage Intelligence installed on their machine and you do any kind of refresh (F9) or anything that impacts the formulas, the system won't know how to evaluate these formulas.

You can install Intelligence on the other user's computers so that Excel  will have the functions/addins available.  Note that this will move the license of the designer (the piece that is needed to refresh the data).   Once you have done that,  then use the license manager to move the license back to your computer.

Tom, thanks for answering. We have SI Viewer installed on those machines so that is why I am confused. If we did not have it installed, then I would expect the errors we are getting. We think we have the Excel add-ins installed correctly, but maybe we don't.
