Report Designer Add-In Missing Lists and Formulas

When I run the Report Designer Add-In and try to view any of the lists (Account Categories, Account Groups, etc), nothing happens.  There's no error message.  I am running Sage 2014 and I have registered my licenses.  I have a license for the Connector, Report View and Report Manager.  I don't see the Report Designer Add-In if I go to Control Panel | Programs and Features.

    Hi,

    You wouldn't see Report Designer Add-In as part of the Programs list.  Report Designer Add-In is a report that appears in Report Manager when you have the Designer module.  

    First, when you open Report Manager, you should see a Designer folder (left side of the screen). If you do not see the Designer folder then you need to either purchase the Designer module or make sure that the license for Desiger module (which is a site license) is displayed in License manager.  If you DO see the Designer folder then make sure you see the Report Designer Add-In folder (this folder stores your Report Designer Add-In report templates and when these reports are run you will see the task pane when it opens up into Excel).  If you do not see the Report Designer Add-In folder and you DO see the Designer folder (in 2014 version) then you will want to contact tech support.  In version 2014 Sage intelligence for 100, if you have the Designer module you will see both the Report Designer folder in Report Manager along with the Report Designer Add-In folder.
