Inventory Sales History Report

I'm trying to get a report that is similar to the Inventory Sales History Report, but also to include the price per unit. This report sorts by item code which is what I want, and also lists quantity sold and quantity returned which I need. I just need it to show the price per unit of the item instead of giving me total dollars sold of that item number.

    Inventory Item listing with Sales History would give you everything you want, plus a whole lot more.

    This would be better accomplished with a data connection through excel.  CI_Item, and CI_ItemHistoryByPeriod will have all of the fields that you need.

    I like this Report and it has almost all of the information i need (just need YTD sales which i know i can calculate), but the printout gives way to many detail lines dont like the layout .  we want to make this easy for the users to see, so we would like the layout to be on one detail like per item.

    i would like the data selected by Fiscal Year Range (current/previous) and also by Fiscal Period(month) . The ITEM in first column, followed by 2014 Qty Sold/Dlr Sold then 2013 Qty Sold/Dlr Sold; 2014 YTD Qty Sold/YTD Dlr Sold then 2013 YTD Qty Sold/YTD Dlr Sold .  when i tried to create a CrystalReport using table CI_ITEM and CI_ItemHistoryByPeriod, the itemcode data does not match the itemcode when i run the Inventory Sales History Report??? i also tried using IM_ItemTransactionHistory report, where the itemcode field has the correct data, but the last fiscal year and period are 02/2013.    

    any ideas??

    Two questions, how long have you been on Sage 100 and what is your setting for hold long to retain history? It sounds as if you are not retaining history for more than a year or so

    I have just started working at this company 1 month ago, the company has been using Sage for many years, we are currently on SAGE MAS 90(Version 4.50.4.0) .

    where would i find that setting for hold long to retain history at?

    In the setting for each module is where you indicate how long to save data for that module.
