Hi Sandra, I am now trying to find the Web Content Page so that I can look for the Resources (sorry I'm new to this sight) can you tell me where to look for this?

If you have Sage 100c 2016, on the left hand column you will see Web Content and under that resources.

Any other version or 2016 not running under the new STANDARD interface, then look at the tasks (far right column at the very top. You will see Information Center | Resources, etc. Select resources. Then select File Layouts and Program Information.

Do you have the connector module for Sage Intelligence? It is purchased separately.

Just to add my two cents, you can also sign up for the Sage Intelligence courses at Sage University. I found them extremely helpful, and they take you through creating a report entirely from scratch, including the container. You do have to pay for it, but I believe it is worth it compared to the time spent trying to find YouTube videos and learn from there!
