Appears that a client deleted the Consolidated Report Designer. I am trying to import it back in, and getting an error about the EXPAND.EXE program and a temp folder. Is this a rights issue to the temp folder?

How do I find the cusomer no and serial no to use when registering Sage Intelligence? There is nothing in activation codes.
