I'm trying to delete a site using sage provisioning portal- 

I follow the steps Suspend the site then proceed to Shelve it 

however it keeps failing at the shelve - usually at the 25% of the process 

with the following error

ShelveSiteWork process - Faulted. Error: System.ApplicationException: ERROR ShelveSiteWork.EndShelveSiteStep. SiteId:c8b8c833-8f48-cd0c-b137-08db2f9fad4c and workId:c6d08a11-f126-c672-8a5d-08db426bbab1. Child work with Id: c6d08a11-f126-c672-8a5d-08db426bbab1 failed.

I have attempted to restart the progress already.

any suggestions?
