Cannot scan barcode from label printed to Brother QL-570

We have a label in Sage 100 we want to print to our Brother QL-570.  It prints, but the scanner does not scan it.  However, if we print to a piece of paper on a laser printer, the scanner scans the barcode.

We discovered some of the lines on the barcode are combined when printed to the Brother versus when printer to the laser printer. See image. Any suggestions? Is there something in Crystal we need to change or some settings on the QL-570? Thanks.

My best guess would be the print resolution. Looking up the specs on the printer, it has a super fine mode (300x600). It's possible that if is printing in a resolution that is to low, it may not be able to print in sufficient definition to keep the lines from mushing together?

Increasing the point size in the crystal report might help too.

I have seen on Dymo printers in that past a setting in the driver called "speed". Reducing the speed seemed to help in my past experience.

    Hope this helps.
