Edit the report in Crystal Reports and remove or hide the fields.

The fields have been removed, but then it starts duplicating the invoice info. I can't figure out what is causing it. It's like there is a formula or something, but I can't figure out what is causing it.

Sometimes it is best to suppress sections you don't want to see (instead of deleting anything), if you're not familiar enough with CR / the data structure to understand how to troubleshoot formula issues.

I agree. I can't find where there is a connection to a section. I have even removed the groups. I have a header, then details where I have removed all of the fields and simply brought over the Invoice Date, Number, and Balance, then a footer. I have removed any formulas I can find relating to payments. I have stripped this down as basic as I can think of. I know these actions are overkill. I am hoping someone can figure out where it is driving from the standard form, then I can simply suppress or remove what's causing the payment info to show. I have not been able to pinpoint the driving factor

A new custom report looking at AR_OpenInvoice data would probably be easier than making such structural changes to the stock report.

I agree, but I need to be able to send the statements via email and there are too many customers to do one at a time.

We use a 3rd party tool for that kind of thing (Visual Cut).
