Sage 100 - Export Excel/Calc

Seems like Sage only exports to Excel. We have several users running Libre Office Calc From various windows in Sage 100, there is an Excel icon on the bottom right of the screen. Anyone have a secret to export as csv file...maybe a script I can attach to a button. We have 60+ mas licenses...and we are not interested in buying office.

Libre Office can open Excel files - where's the problem?
When you click the Excel button it saves the file, you can then open it in Libre Office.

I believe the Excel icon is greyed out unless Microsoft Excel is installed.
