Considering IIG Shipping Automation, Credit Card and Fast Sales Entry - Any reviews?

Our company was new to Sage a couple of years ago and was set up with Sage 100 2014 using Smartlinc, GetX and WebSitePipeline.    We are on Advanced with about 17 regular users and 24 licenses.

I wanted to add The IIG Fast Sales entry to our system to use at our front counter.  In doing that, we need to add the IIG credit card module.  While setting that up, we found some issues in the setup with Smartlinc's customization.

I am thinking I want to upgrade to a newer version of Sage 100, use IIG Shipping Automation, IIG Credit Card and IIG Fast Sale.  I would also keep GetX and WebSitePipeline.  GetX only reads and indexes information, so does not make entries, and WSP says they have worked with this before.

Does anyone have any comments good or bad about IIG Shipping automation, Credit card and Fast Sale?  Some specific things I am looking to add with shipping is the ability to ship a USPS flat, rate quote USPS services like Priority mail correctly, show correct UPS charges to my shippers so they can confirm the charges on sales order were ok, figure Surepost/Smartpost rates correctly in rate quoting, and to get rate quotes quickly when entering a sales order and I need a shipping charge entered.  I also don't want to lose things like being able to get quotes from Fedex and UPS on orders over 70 pounds by splitting into multiple boxes automatically (Starship's failing).

IIG tells me they do all of this and they do not have a dedicated support department because their software just works once it is setup.  We are thinking that just having Sage work is the Holy Grail.

I have customer references from IIG on the west coast.  Any folks using a set up like this in New England/NY/PA area?

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks
