You're in for a shock: it is in decimal format. In other words 11:45am is 11.75 and 1:45pm is 13.75

I created a formula to convert the numbers to date/time values.

It seems to work fine; however, I didn't fully test it. In my formula, I rounded the seconds down to the integer. In other words, all of the seconds in my example will show as "00."

Be careful with rounding to get the minutes like that. 5.9999 can round to 5:00 instead of 6:00. I always truncate (round down).
