I solved the problem by exporting the Key from a installation that worked and put it on the machine having problems before the install.  Make sure you give full permission to the key after you import it in.

OK...making some progress!!!

Don't receive the error anymore, however it doesn't appear in my program list nor does it appear in the program listing in control panel.  I had to tweak the registry key slightly as my install path was slightly different (C: vs E:).

Can you create a shortcut to the CRW executable?

It definitely is not installing.  Appears to go through the process, however the directory structure doesn't compare to the functional install.  No CRW.exe to be found anyplace.  UGH!!  Thought you had it!
