Figure incorrect on Item maintenance Screen

I am having an issue were a figure on an item we have is not being reflected properly. Under orders it shows we have 100 + 80 on purchase order but when we look at PO field it only shows 100. I have ran the rebuild sort files for both item maintenance and purchase order but its still not being reflected?

Anyone know the solution or anything else i could check or try?

sorry Kevin i meant to actually say sort files I got confused with both. Have made the edit to the original post. Anything else i could try?

If you said "yes" to the question when rebuilding Sorts for PO, the OnPO quantity should have been recalculated according to open orders. Has the qty 80 order had a receipt posted against it yet? Double-check there is nothing wrong with the order.

Did you rebuild the sort files for all areas - Sales, Inventory and then PO?

Also make sure all batches are updated and everyone is out of the system.
