We are looking to utilize AR Customer Memos as a way to convey what special requirements a customer regularly has when they order. Ideally we want this on Sales Orders and Packing Lists. The issue is that when linking to the AR Customer Memo table, it will cause records to duplicate based on the number of instances of any memo for that customer, even if only 1 specific code is setup to display. 

How would we go about preventing this duplication?
